If you answered yes, try and buy <a href="http://www.efoxcity.com/" target="_blank"><b>Wholesale Clothes</b></a> before beginning your business. Buying real Wholesale Clothes which are branded or not branded, can provide you with great price leverage and you can resell in your online store for large profit margins. Purchasing Wholesale Clothes can provide you with multiple benefits as a businessman. Businessmen who buy Wholesale Clothes and resell them at a cheap price can amass massive profits from their online clients. The reason being because they can get their products at a very low prices.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Buying <a href="http://www.efoxcity.com/discount-mens-clothing.html" target="_blank"><b>Wholesale men's clothes</b></a> online is a great option for those who look for top-quality, yet economical apparel. Similarly, it also can prove helpful for people looking to set up their business by reselling men's apparel. Many, however, see online wholesale purchases as very risky, especially in terms of quality. The truth is that for as long as you know how to do it properly and securely, online wholesale purchases can be comparable in quality to those shown in local boutiques.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">An obvious advantage of purchasing men's wholesale clothing online is that it is very convenient. Everything is done online, from shopping and item selection to payment. You get access to different online stores both here and abroad, providing you better opportunities to sell unique clothes for men.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://www.efoxcity.com/discount-womens-clothing.html" target="_blank"><b>Wholesale Ladies Clothing</b></a> come in all shapes and sizes. This means that, ideally, ladies' clothes should also come in a wide range of sizes. Unfortunately, many stores and boutiques sell mostly regular size apparel. Petite ladies who wear size 0-12 clothes are often left out in the cold. The same goes for petite plus size ladies. They all have a very difficult time finding stylish clothes that fit them well. They are sometimes forced to buy clothes that are more suitable for teenagers. Selling clothes for petite and petite plus ladies can turn out to be a good way to make a lot of money.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Sometimes the wholesalers invite the garment shopkeepers and customers to visit their outlets. In this way they also fulfill the marketing goals of pricing and promotion of their goods. This leads to a successful and complete wholesale clothing plan. There are different categories in which these clothing are offered. The most important demarcation is between the men's and ladies' wear. Both these sub-divisions include a number of clothing items different from each other.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Different collections are launched from time to time according to the changing fashion and trends. In men's wear the recent collection of half sleeved shirts has been launched with different designs in lining and checks. It is most favorable to contact the required platforms by the contact numbers given on their websites. This makes dealing and bargaining easier as it is a one to one conversation and this makes the corporate dealing easier.</div>ariescdmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09672140263550667475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8225163769710060469.post-6417020192776276162012-08-12T03:28:00.000-07:002012-08-12T03:28:35.676-07:00Separation Agreements and Australian Family Law<div style="text-align: justify;">Society today is very different to a time when marriage was for life and the idea of a couple 'living in sin' was... well... frowned upon to say the least. Here are the statistics for today.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Statistically in a group of 10 people;</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Two to three will have had either 2 or 3 defacto type relationships. One or two will have had 3 or more. FIVE will be heading for there first split!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">So with this in mind it could be a very costly exercise to have the potential of 3 or more costly settlements. However if you and your (ex) partner can decide amicably then it doesn't need to be drawn out and expensive.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Here are some legal aspects to what defines 'separation'. The Family Law Act states a separated couple as;</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The parties to a marriage may be held to have separated notwithstanding that the cohabitation was brought to an end by the action or conduct of one only of the parties.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The parties to a marriage may be held to have separated and to have lived separately and apart notwithstanding that they have continued to reside in the same residence or that either party has rendered some household services to the other." </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">After amendments to the Act same sex couples have the same legal entitlements as heterosexual couples.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">When a couple is married then they must wait at least 12 months before going through the process to get a divorce, BUT you can agree on how you will divide property at any time. This applies to both married and defacto couples alike.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Any type of Financial Agreement has to have the correct certification to become legally binding. This is officially known as 'certificate of independent legal advice'. This is where each party gets a certificate from a qualified lawyer stating that they have been informed of the nature of the agreement and how it affects there rights. Without this it can be challenged in a court of law.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It will state how any assets will be divided and may include;</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Maintenance of children</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Superannuation splitting</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Asset splitting</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Insurance policies</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It is a great benefit to everyone involved if things can be resolved amicably so that the process goes smoothly and at the least cost possible. Also if any children are involved then the less arguing between the parties the better as the children can easily be adversly affected by any conflict between parents.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">An agreement can be achieved at a minimal cost by using a separation agreement template and having a lawyer certify it as legal. This method is the most cost effective when both parties agree and just need the correct paperwork.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">If the two parties cannot agree then you will need to seek the help of a family law firm which will result in a costly and emotional journey that no one really needs or wants.</div>ariescdmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09672140263550667475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8225163769710060469.post-26228400535435204162012-08-12T03:27:00.000-07:002012-08-12T03:27:08.918-07:00To Grey or Not To Grey? Why Are Women Aroused By Words?<div style="text-align: justify;">Whispering 'sweet nothings' to your darling is considered the language of those who are in love. When it comes to dating a woman, a man has to bring his 'A' game at all times or else he will be shown the door.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There are certain things in relationships that will sway a woman towards you that we are all familiar with; nice clothes, jewellery, cars and fine dining among others. But none are more powerful than the use of the right words to arouse a woman. Saying the right thing to a woman is the basis on which many romantic relationships are formed, which is usually sealed with a kiss afterwards.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">What is it about words that excite women to the point of falling under its spell? Let us take a look at what we already know. The romance books industry is huge business, where authors are paid handsomely, to use words that paint images of lust, romance, passion and sex. If a man and a woman read the same romance books, their reactions are guaranteed to be different.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">A woman's imagination is similar to the fertile volcanic ash, in that whatever you plant in it will yield fruits of great proportions. Their imagination is so vivid that when a romantic scene is described to them, somehow they can convert it into a physiological experience. And what started off as a mere description blossoms into an arousal.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">For this reason we can understand why love songs are so popular with the ladies and perhaps why, they love to be swept off their feet with words. Whenever a man speaks a promise to a woman (whether or not he realizes this), he is actually drafting the outline of an emotional contract with his loved one. Have you ever wondered why they insist on a commitment? When you 'commit' to be her boyfriend, lover or husband, you are entering into an emotional contract to play by certain rules. The thought of a woman having someone to call her own, is very exciting to her and this can cause her to become aroused when you use words.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The state of arousal in a woman brought on by the right words is like a nose to a bloodhound. It is a powerful tool that women have that tells them that 'this guy is showing a lot of potential, and he is worth looking into.' The moment a man does not live up to expectations early in the dating game, he is dropped like a hot potato. Women are very fortunate to have the ability to be turned on by words, because it means that they tend to have a deeper appreciation for things that men take for granted.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">A man who can look and smell great, dance and has a sports car will always do well with the ladies but if he cannot say that he feels a deep connection to her and wants to protect her, love her and provide for her, then she will get bored and eventually move on. Whereas a man who maybe has none of the previous qualities but can say the right words to a woman will always keep her interested and happy, when she feels appreciated, listened to and most of all loved.</div>ariescdmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09672140263550667475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8225163769710060469.post-36787542154841186332012-08-12T00:21:00.000-07:002012-08-12T00:21:15.572-07:00Why Read 'The 5 Love Languages'?<div style="text-align: justify;">When I first read Gary Chapman's The 5 Love Languages, I was close to tears. "Why hadn't I come across this book years ago?" I thought.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">For years I thought that men and women weren't meant to be together because men were from Mars and women were from Venus. I had seen too many difficult relationships so much so that I had no faith left in getting married.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">I had grown up seeing very stubborn men and I always thought that all men were difficult. I am not talking about a country where men oppressed women. I grew up in a country where women had a lot of power. Having said that, I still believed that men weren't easy species to live with under the same roof. It wasn't surprising that homosexuality was on the rise.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">However, when I read this book, I realised that I had seen only half the picture. It wasn't fair to point the finger solely at men.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">There have been lot more divorces now compared to 20 years ago. The pressures of life in the era we live in are far greater than our grandparents' times. Nevertheless, many of the problems couples face now are similar to what couples faced 20 or 30 years ago. Not understanding each others' needs, not appreciating each others' gestures, not being able to communicate well are some of the problems most couple faced before and face now.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The 5 Love Languages enlightened me on where men and women went wrong or are going wrong. I understood why couples couldn't fulfill each others' needs or appreciate each others' gestures.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">The book taught me the kind of needs men and women have in relationships.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">All of us have needs in the form of love languages. The 5 love languages are</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">• words of affirmation</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">• acts of service</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">• quality time</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">• receiving gifts</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">and</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">• physical touch</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In order to fulfill the needs of others, we should understand how the love languages work.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Words of affirmation</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Some people want to hear praises and compliments. "You're beautiful", "You are the best thing that happened to me" and "You are my life" are words that fill up their love tanks.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Quality time</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Some want undivided time and attention from their partners. This means that they want their partner to be solely focused on them. Being partially focused on the tv or the newspaper will not be accepted.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Receiving gifts</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Some want gifts from their partner. The more effort and thought the partner puts into the gift, the more appreciation is felt by the receiver and this fills his or her love tank.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Acts of Service</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Some want their partners to help them with the household chores and other work which will help them ease their burden.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Physical touch</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This shouldn't be mistaken for sex. Some people receive love through hugs, kisses, strokes, pats and other forms of physical touch. They thrive with a very tactile partner.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">To succeed in a relationship, first we need to identify what our own love languages are. I have come across some individuals who are not sure of what they want. This becomes extremely difficult for their partners because it's hard for them to fulfill their other half's need. Having established what our own needs are, we should be able to communicate it to our partners. Some people are quick to discover what their partners want. However, some aren't and might need some help to understand what their partner's needs are.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">It takes two to tango in a relationship. Thus, what the other person wants is of paramount importance. In some cases, we might not find it easy to express or give love in the language our partner wants. This is where we'll have to put in some effort to show them that we care about their love language.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">One of my friends simply couldn't whisper sweet nothings into his wife's ears. He felt that he was being phony when he did this. His wife needed words of affirmation more than anything else. He really struggled at the beginning. He even used to Google for nice things to say to his wife. After about two years, it has become easier for him. His wife, on the other hand, was really bad at getting him the right gifts. She got him gifts that she liked and not what he liked. He hardly bought things for himself and hoped that she would pick out his idea of gifts from his conversations. On one of his birthdays, she got him a bouquet of flowers and a new duvet set for their bed. He was expecting something like tools for gardening and couldn't appreciate her gifts to the slightest.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Although they were partners, they were two different individuals and they needed to understand each other first and give each other the right love language in order to be happy.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Before I met my husband, I had read the 5 Love Languages and had discovered what my love languages were. It didn't take me very long to identify what his love languages were. However, I could see that he wasn't aware of these love languages and therefore, it wasn't fair of me to expect him to fulfill my needs straightaway. I saw the necessity to tell him about the 5 Love Languages so that he could give me love using the languages that made me content.</div>ariescdmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09672140263550667475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8225163769710060469.post-91155871864142425072012-08-12T00:20:00.000-07:002012-08-12T00:20:22.717-07:00Help To Get Over A Broken Relationship<div style="text-align: justify;">A broken relationship is difficult to deal with. Even a simple fall out with a friend or acquaintance leaves a person feeling under the weather. When that fall out is between you and someone you have been intimate with, or had believed you were close to, your mind and body feel as if you have been run over by a bus. Your life feels as if it has been derailed.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">This feeling of having been cut adrift is extremely uncomfortable, unsettling and confidence squashing. No matter how secure a person you are, when a relationship breaks down you are affected in a huge way. Your emotions and equilibrium inevitably become greatly impacted, and not in a nice way.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">For some people this is unfamiliar territory. For others a broken relationship can trigger a state of déjà vu. Past experience of broken relationships does not however make ones reactions and responses any better. It can in fact simply make matters a whole lot worse.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div><a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">In many ways it is important to take a step back and logically assess what went wrong. This can be difficult to do when you are in a state of emotional turmoil, as your emotions tend to derail your ability to apply logic.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Some people repeatedly blame themselves for that went wrong whereas others blame the other party. In reality any relationship involves the interaction between two people and the "blame" should probably not be apportioned in one sole direction.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Blame is not always an appropriate word to use. Blame implies guilt and this is a difficult emotion to deal with. You do need to know what went wrong in a relationship so as to ensure you don't end up in a similar situation again in the future. But this does not need to apportion blame and guilt.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">These emotions are negative and do not assist you in moving forwards. Rather, they hold you back, irrespective of whether they are directed inwardly at yourself or outwards at your ex partner or spouse.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Thus to be able to move on after a broken relationship it is vitally important to step back from your emotions and think logically about the situation. Hypnosis is a very useful tool to use when you want to relax and soothe your emotions. Hypnosis is in itself a natural state of relaxation whereby both mind and body become calm and peaceful. Additionally, hypnosis provides access to your subconscious mind where automatic thoughts and behaviors are stored and triggered.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: justify;">Whilst in hypnosis suggestions can be made to help you to feel more positive about past events and potential happenings in the future. Suggestions can also be made to help build confidence and self esteem, which is usually vital in the period after a relationship has fallen apart. Hypnosis is easy to use, simply by listening to a hypnosis mp3 download.</div>ariescdmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09672140263550667475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8225163769710060469.post-40813020145821280772012-08-09T19:12:00.000-07:002012-08-16T19:15:40.526-07:00New Phyliss Harris stamps<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HszVYNh5pfA/UCRr-mOgPAI/AAAAAAAACis/TEtVt1QzGGE/s1600/Phyllis+Harris.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-HszVYNh5pfA/UCRr-mOgPAI/AAAAAAAACis/TEtVt1QzGGE/s320/Phyllis+Harris.jpg" width="250" /></a></div><br />I love, love, love the artwork of Phyliss Harris. These cards are great for any teenagers or any of your technically addicted friends. The tag die is just the right size for most of the Riley images and can be run through your Cuttlebug or Sizzix.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-PHfgb0b2nto/T0AFqZ5v14I/AAAAAAAACcI/xa-liZWVw4U/s1600/rileyphone.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-PHfgb0b2nto/T0AFqZ5v14I/AAAAAAAACcI/xa-liZWVw4U/s320/rileyphone.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>ariescdmahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09672140263550667475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8225163769710060469.post-37829144619159116382012-02-09T13:45:00.000-08:002012-08-16T19:15:40.528-07:006x6 Doggie Album<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sBI5G4hqmjY/TzQ4-B9RmzI/AAAAAAAACbo/n5zZL4Q24xc/s1600/dogbook02.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sBI5G4hqmjY/TzQ4-B9RmzI/AAAAAAAACbo/n5zZL4Q24xc/s400/dogbook02.jpg" width="300" /></a></div><br />This class will be a super cute 6x6 album for your doggie!<br />It will be a 12 page flap book style of album. <br />There will be lots of removable tags and flaps to fill with pictures of your special pet. You will personalize the cover with your dog's name. I will most likely give this album to my husband for a birthday gift since Buddy is his sidekick. This album can make a great gift or a nice way to remember a pet that has passed.<br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pClPe-7BtHE/TzQ5CBwOXCI/AAAAAAAACbw/vGAj8t4yumA/s1600/dog+book+01.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="300" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-pClPe-7BtHE/TzQ5CBwOXCI/AAAAAAAACbw/vGAj8t4yumA/s400/dog+book+01.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><br />If you are unfamiliar of flap books, there are 3 sections with a page that flaps open in each section to give you 12 pages.
