I needed to make some "fun" type of Birthday cards for some summer birthdays coming up. Good thing Changito seems to be gender neutral!I used some of the Doodlebug green glitter for the pom-pom to sparkle it up a bit. I made the bullhorn polka dotted by using the masking technique.
If you stamp onto a scrap piece of paper and cut out very close to the line it looks like you actually colored it that way! Just cut it out and stick it onto your stamped image.
