I made this card using the Cutlebug border set called "With Love". Made the scor lines with the Scor-Pal, and used Kaiser Craft self adhesive pearls. The scalloped edge on the bottom of the card was made with the Stampin' Up border punch.
I needed a classy birthday card and the Cuttlebug folders work very well for that. The birthday greeting was stamped in a pale plum color to match the paper inside.

Christmas stamps

More new Christmas stamps have been arriving...

from Penny Black, Inkadinkadoo, Hero Arts, and Stampendous!

Today I put together a framed photo of my nephew. I used one of the "Bare Elements" frames from Creative Imaginations and Mod Podged some Basic Grey paper onto it. The Archaic line from Basic Grey is one of my all-time favorites that they ever came out with! I put this together very quickly because of the self adhesive chipboard pieces that coordinate with the papers.

My brother is still in Iraq, so I like to send him photos of Gage from time to time. I snapped these pictures when Gage spent the night with us and he was wearing Bobby's old dinosaur jammies and playing with his T-rex toys.

More Cuttlebug

I am always looking for more Cuttlebug floders, so new ones are always arriving!
I made a quick Christmas card with one of the sets that has 4 mini folders. Its name is just called "Christmas".

Its hard to see in the photo, but the top says "Season's Greetings" in white.... my lighting was bad. I think this card took 10 minutes to make from start to finish!

Here is just a couple new folders that have arrived.

Quick stik

Just got these neat little tools in...
Its a "Quick Stik" from the makers of Quickutz.

One end is tacky for picking up small items such as Dew Droplets, and the other end has a poker to remove small pieces of paper when you are using die cuts machines.

These Quick stiks are 6.99 and are a great tool for when your fingers are just too big for handling tiny objects! A big thanks to Peg Watson for getting me hooked ... wink ;-)

Cuttlebug quickies

I was out of town over the weekend and only had my cuttlebug and some card stock with me. I made a few easy cards with what I had to work with...

This one is hard to see, but it is navy and light blue.

I used the Cuttlebug combo dies for these. The dandelions are from Forever Friends and the flowers above are from Everyday Greetings. These sets include the embossing folders and the cutting dies for quite a few words that you can choose from. Making cards with the CB is so easy and quick! Let me know if you are interested in any of these folders. There are a few other ones at the shop besides these.

Halloween Fluffles

Still plenty of time before Halloween is here!

I used one of the cute Fluffles stamps and my square Nestabilities. The inside square is embossed around the edge. (Hard to see in this photo... it was a crummy rainy day). I love the little mouse, I didnt even notice him until I was doing the coloring!
