Finally done!!

If any of you have been in the shop in the last couple weeks, then you know I have been a little stressed out getting ready for today. I decorated a Christmas tree for the Festival of the Trees this year. The coordinator asked me to make it a scrapbooking tree so I crafted all of the ornaments from paper, chipboard, rub-ons and felt. I am so happy it is finally done!!

Tonight was the opening night party and all of the trees are very beautiful, they really put you in the holiday spirit.

Be sure to stop up at the Courtyard Marriot Wednesday through Sunday to see the beautiful trees all decorated by local designers. The Festival benefits the St. Vincent Cancer Research Center.

Don't forget...

Dont forget that all wood-mounted rubber stamps are 20% off on Monday, November 24th and Wednesday, November 26th. It's an early Black Friday sale and supplies are limited so dont miss out!

Penguin snow!

This was one of the penguin cards that we made at the last class.

I added liquid applique to the card to make it look like real snow! It comes out of a small tube in a Elmer's glue consistency, but with a heat tool you can puff it up to look like snow or a Santa hat.

The penguin stamp comes from the "Penguin Pandemonium" clear stamp set. The liquid applique is very inexpensive and adds a nice touch to your Holiday cards. If you need me to show you how it works just stop by for a demo.

simple white

Here are 2 very simple Christmas cards using the Cuttlebug folders "Winter House" and "Joy & Cheer". On the Winter House card I used Stickles glitter glue to look like snow on the rooftops. For the Joy card, the star brads fit perfectly over the embossed stars.

I really like these 2 cards... they might even be the cards I mail out this year!

New Kaleidacolor ink pads

New in are the Kaleidacolor ink pads. These pads are unique because they are 5 mini stamp pads of different colors that slide together when you are ready to stamp. When you are done, just pull the lever and they slide apart so the inks dont run together. They come in several colors including "Fruitcake" which are Christmas colors.

JustRite Monogram Stampers

Some of the JustRite Monogram stampers have started to arrive! This kit allows you to monogram and personalize gifts, cards, and stationery using any letter combination. Here are a few cards I found on the JustRite website.

The self inking monogram stamper kit includes 2 sizes of interlocking and interchangable letters and 4 border designs.

Add in the small letter set and create your own borders with sayings, addresses, phrases and more...

School spirit papers!

Local school papers have started to arrive.
A while ago I had an email out about which school papers you were looking for, these schools were the most popularly requested...

McDowell, Harbor Creek, Fairview, Girard, Grover Cleveland, and Erie PA.

I also have laser cuts of McDowell with the Trojans logo.

If there is a school you are looking for just send me a quick email and I can put it on my next order. I can also order special laser cuts, but they would be in quantities of 16.
